Before review
A request made before a provider begins may qualify under the healthcare brand’s written cancellation rules.
Refund Policy
Refunds depend on what was purchased, which work has been completed, and who provided the service.
Effective October 16, 2026
A request made before a provider begins may qualify under the healthcare brand’s written cancellation rules.
A completed independent provider review is earned work, regardless of the clinical result.
The dispensing pharmacy controls returns, replacements, fulfillment, and shipping questions.
01
This policy explains the general refund, cancellation, and shipping approach for patient-facing workflows powered by Connect. Connect is a DBA of US Health & Wellness Network ("USHWN"). The healthcare brand, independent provider, pharmacy, or other seller identified at checkout may have additional written terms that control its charge.
02
If you want to cancel, contact the healthcare brand shown on the checkout or confirmation page as soon as possible. A cancellation requested before an independent provider begins the review may qualify for a refund under that brand’s written policy. Payment-processing fees and completed administrative work may be nonrefundable where permitted by law and disclosed at checkout.
03
A provider-review fee is earned when the independent licensed provider completes the review. It is not refundable solely because the provider determines that treatment or a prescription is not clinically appropriate. Payment status stays separate from clinical approval.
Connect Telehealth and USHWN do not practice medicine or dispense medications. Independent licensed providers make all clinical decisions, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
04
Independent licensed pharmacies control prescription acceptance, medication pricing, dispensing, fulfillment, and shipping. Prescription products generally cannot be returned after dispensing or shipment. The pharmacy’s policy controls any replacement or refund for a damaged, incorrect, lost, or undeliverable shipment.
Check the shipping address before submitting it. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. For a medication or delivery issue, contact the healthcare brand or dispensing pharmacy listed in the order communication.
05
If you see a duplicate charge, an amount different from checkout, or a charge you do not recognize, contact the seller shown on the receipt. Include your name, the charge date, amount, and confirmation number. Do not send medical details through ordinary email.
06
Business subscriptions, utilities, implementation, certification support, custom development, and professional services follow the signed order form or services agreement. The Connect CRM software license is $0 for the first year, then $99/month, plus utilities. Utility rates can change at any time when underlying provider costs change.
07
Start with the healthcare brand, provider, pharmacy, or seller listed on your receipt. For a Connect billing question, email [email protected]. Include your name, contact information, transaction date, amount, and confirmation number—but no diagnosis, medication history, or other medical details.
