02Is Connect Meds a third product?+
No. Connect Meds is the name for the pharmacy automations included across Connect Telehealth and Connect Scripts. It is not a standalone platform, separate subscription, or additional login.
03Does Connect Telehealth make clinical or dispensing decisions?+
No. Independent licensed providers make clinical and prescribing decisions. Independent licensed pharmacies make dispensing and pharmacy decisions. A prescription is never guaranteed.
04Can we keep our existing provider or pharmacy relationships?+
Existing relationships may be incorporated when the parties, contracts, systems, and proposed workflows are compatible. Discovery determines the appropriate configuration.
05Do we need to build software?+
No. The core CRM and front-end tools are already available. Onboarding configures your branding, users, pipelines, pages, forms, calendars, payments, automations, and approved workflows. Custom development is optional for non-standard integrations or extensions.
