The useful stuff, connected

Less hunting. Fewer handoffs. A clear next step.

Connect Scripts keeps the intake, provider task, documentation, decision, and status trail together—while fitting into the systems you already use.

01

Branded intake

Hosted, embedded, or API-driven intake experiences with program questions, consent, screening inputs, and payment context.

YOUR BRAND · YOUR PROGRAM
02

Configured provider routing

Route each consultation to an eligible provider using configured license, program, availability, and capacity rules.

THE RIGHT WORK · THE RIGHT QUEUE
03

One review workspace

Give providers the intake, history, screening context, work queue, and documentation tools needed to complete the review.

CONTEXT WITHOUT THE TAB HUNT
04

AI-assisted SOAP drafts

Turn consultation context into a structured starting point. The provider reviews, edits, approves, and signs the final note.

STRUCTURED DRAFT · PROVIDER IN CONTROL
05

Prescribing workflow

Send non-controlled and supported compounded prescriptions through configured Surescripts workflows. Controlled prescriptions use EPCS-enabled configurations.

WHEN CLINICALLY APPROPRIATE
06

Events + reporting

Give brands and operations teams authorized status visibility through dashboards, signed callbacks, and auditable activity.

VISIBLE · TRACEABLE · CONNECTED

AI-assisted documentation

Start with a solid draft.
Finish with provider judgment.

Connect Scripts can turn structured intake and consultation context into a SOAP-note draft. It gives providers a structured starting point without moving them out of the decision loop.

  • Uses available consultation context
  • Creates a structured draft—not a final record
  • Provider reviews, edits, approves, and signs

AVAILABLE CONTEXT

Bring the useful pieces together.

Structured intake ReadyPatient history ReadyProgram context ReadyProvider findings Review

AI supports documentation. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the provider’s clinical judgment.

Intake + routing

Make the front door feel like your brand.

Keep the patient experience familiar, then pass the right context into a structured provider workflow behind the scenes.

BRANDED INTAKES

Hosted, embedded, or connected by API.

  • Brand-specific visual identity and URLs
  • Program and product-specific questions
  • Versioned consent and disclosure capture
  • Eligibility and clinical screening inputs

CONFIGURABLE ROUTING

Send the work where it can actually move.

  • Provider license and state
  • Approved program access
  • Availability and capacity
  • Exception and escalation paths

Integration-friendly by design

Start where your stack is.

Use Connect Scripts as the workflow layer you need—not a reason to replace every system that already works.

MEET THE PATIENT WHERE THEY START

Connect intake, payment context, and status.

Bring a brand website, patient funnel, CRM, or payment flow into the consultation lifecycle through a supported integration pattern.
  • Hosted or embedded branded intake where configured
  • API-driven intake and consultation creation where supported
  • Payment confirmation and reconciliation events where configured

Available connections depend on the systems, contracts, permissions, workflow, and implementation scope. Discovery separates configured capabilities from custom integration work.

Clear ownership

Everyone knows their lane.

A connected workflow works better when the handoffs are clear.

Straight answers

A few things teams usually ask.

Have a specific workflow or integration in mind?

Talk it through with us ↗
01What is Connect Scripts?

Connect Scripts is the provider-facing workflow for intake review, documentation, outcomes, and configured e-prescribing. It keeps the provider’s work focused and the status trail connected.

02Is Connect Scripts the same as Connect Telehealth?

No. Connect Telehealth runs the branded CRM and patient front end. Connect Scripts is the provider portal behind it and can also connect with another patient experience.

03Can it work with our existing patient experience?

Yes. Connect Scripts can support hosted or embedded branded intake and API-driven integration patterns. The right approach depends on your current systems, program, permissions, and implementation scope.

04What do the AI-assisted SOAP notes do?

They turn available intake and consultation context into a structured draft. The provider remains responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and signing the final documentation. The AI does not diagnose or prescribe.

05How can our developers connect existing systems?

Supported APIs and signed callbacks can connect intake, consultation, payment context, outcomes, and other operational workflows. The exact connection depends on the systems, permissions, contracts, and implementation scope.

06Who makes the treatment decision?

The licensed provider independently reviews the consultation and makes every clinical and prescribing decision. Connect Scripts organizes the workflow but does not make the decision.

07Does every consultation result in a prescription?

No. A provider may prescribe, ask for more information, decline treatment, or choose another appropriate next step.

08Does Connect Scripts dispense or ship medication?

No. Independent pharmacies are responsible for prescription acceptance, dispensing, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and pharmacy-patient communications.

09Does Connect Scripts support electronic prescribing?

Yes. Approved configurations can send non-controlled and supported compounded prescriptions through the Surescripts network. Controlled-substance prescriptions require an enabled EPCS configuration, an authorized prescriber, and applicable legal and pharmacy requirements.
