Audience FAQ

Know where you fit.

Still not sure which path is yours?

Ask the team ↗
01Who is Connect Telehealth built for?+

Connect Telehealth is designed for healthcare brands and practices that need a white-labeled CRM and patient-facing operation. Connect Scripts supports participating independent providers, while compatible pharmacies and approved Operating or Platform Partners connect through configured workflows.

02Is the same offer sold to every audience?+

No. Health brands and practices are the primary platform buyers. Providers, pharmacies, and suppliers participate through role-specific relationships, workflows, and agreements rather than purchasing the same software package.

03What do health brands receive?+

A white-labeled CRM with websites, intake, payments, calendars, conversations, pipelines, automations, reporting, and a connected provider workflow through Connect Scripts. The CRM is designed to support HIPAA-compliant workflows. Eligible customers can put a BAA in place before using PHI; each team still owns how it configures and uses the system.

04How do providers use Connect Scripts?+

Participating independent licensed providers use Connect Scripts to review submitted intakes, document their clinical outcome, and use configured e-prescribing workflows through the Surescripts network when clinically appropriate.

05How do pharmacies fit into the workflow?+

If an independent provider prescribes, the configured workflow can transmit the prescription for independent pharmacy review. The pharmacy determines acceptance and handles dispensing, fulfillment, shipping, pricing, and medication-related communication.

06Can Operating or Platform Partners bring existing systems?+

Potentially. Existing systems and operating relationships can be evaluated during discovery. Standard connections may fit the core implementation, while nonstandard integrations or data work are scoped separately.
